5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Tiers

DecorAI offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited access to features with advertisements
• Premium Tier: Full access to all features, ad-free experience, and priority processing

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through:

• Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
• Google Play Store (for Android devices)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

5.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price until renewal

5.4 Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial:

• You will have full access to premium features during the trial period
• You will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel
• You can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge

9.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

12. Termination

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification
• Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
